Booking

Since we want to save all the rooms for the event weekend, all other booking options are disabled (the hotel website, booking.com, etc), and we will communicate directly with the hotel. After sending the form below, your booking will be processed by the hotel staff. Once your booking is processed, you will receive an email from the hotel with the details of the reservation and a payment link (as if you booked through the hotel system).

⚠️ Please note that hotel staff will process every booking they receive by email manually, so there might be some delay in the system. If you book a room outside of working hours or during the weekend, you should receive your confirmation mail on the next work day.
