Registration & Passes
- If I have a registration partner, should we both register?
- Yes. We accept single registrations only. If you have a registration partner, you can provide partner’s name and email in the registration form, but both of you need to register separately. Registrations will be accepted when both partners have registered.
- If my partner and I are at different levels, can we still register together?
- Yes. You register separately and select the level you will to attend.
- I want a full pass, but my partner wants a party pass – can we register together?
- No. Couple registrations are limited to the same type of passes.
- I registered, but did not receive any email. What should I do?
- After registration you should receive an automatic email to confirm we received your registration. Please check spam/junk folders in your email. If you still do not find such email, please contact us: info@wcs-gps.com
- I registered, but my registration was not accepted. What should I do?
- We are processing all registrations manually in order to guarantee a proper role balance for the event. In case of solo registrations, you will be put on a waiting list and as soon as we find you a partner, we will accept your registration.
- I registered for classes, but now I am qualified for a higher level. Can I change it?
- Yes. If you have competed since you registered and earned enough WSCD points, then your level will be changed during the check-in process at the event.
- I registered as a single follower/leader but I found a partner, what shall I do?
- If your registration was accepted – you are in, no need to worry.
If you are still on the waiting list – just provide your name and email address to your partner. When they register, they should add your details to the registration form to balance you.

- How does a group registration work?
- Your group leader should provide a discount code that you can use during registration. It will automatically add the discount to your full pass. If by the time of the event the group is not completed, you will be asked to pay the discounted amount. For more info, please check our ticket information page.
- I am a group leader, should I register?
- Yes. We need all participants to register in order to improve the role balance at the event.
I can no longer attend
- I can no longer attend – can I get a refund?
- In case of cancellation by the participant, we shall offer a payment refund in the following tiers:
- For cancellation requests received up to and including 31 May 2025, the received payment will be refunded partially – 50% of received payment.
- For cancellation requests received on 1 June 2025 or later, the received payment will not be refunded.
- All cancellation requests must be communicated in written form via email and confirmed by the organizer. All costs related to refund process are carried by the participant and are deducted from the refunded amount.

- I can no longer attend – can I sell my pass?
- Yes. Participants who have have purchased a ticket but cannot attend the event, may transfer their ticket to another person. Leaders may only transfer their ticket to another leader. Followers may transfer their ticket to a leader or a follower. All ticket transfers must be communicated in written form via email, and confirmed to both parties by the organizer. Free passes are not transferable.
Advanced and All Star passes can be transferred the same level dancers or to a lower level with paying the difference to the organizers.

Competitions
- When can I register for competitions?
- There will be a separate link posted closer to the event. You can also register at the event. Please pre-register so we can avoid long queues at the event. Check schedule for more details.
- I registered and paid for comps but changed my mind. Do I get a refund?
- No. We do not offer refunds for competition fees.
Other questions
- Can I participate in any workshops? (If I registered for level 4, can I still participate in level 2 or 3 workshops?
- No. You can only participate in the workshops that are assigned to the level you are registered (and was accepted) to.
- We strive to keep the level of knowledge within the groups as equal as possible so that no one is holding up the class or is bored. We also want the leader/follower ratio as equal as possible. That way it will be more enjoyable for everyone! 🙂
